Bottle Drive

Our next bottle drive is:

Saturday, November 2nd, Glenayre Elementary School

If your home is in the yellow highlighted area, we will pick up donations of refundable beverage containers between 9am and 12pm.

If you will not be home or would prefer not to be disturbed, please leave your bottles and cans in a bag in front of your yard or door, or another noticeable spot, and we will take them away.

You are also welcome to drop off your contribution anytime between 9am and 12pm on bottle drive dates.

We will post signs to remind you of the upcoming drives:

You would like to support us by dropping off your refundables at a depot? Thank you! Here's how!

You can return the bottles and cans at any Return-It depot. Here is a link to nearby locations:https://www.return-it.ca/locations/coquitlam/?
Put the bottles and cans into a clear plastic bag.
The bottles and cans do not need to be sorted - just make sure they are all deposit-eligible.
Be sure the bags don't get too heavy when there is glass. They recommend no more than 12 glass bottles per bag.
You can return up to six bags at a time.

When you arrive at the recycling centre, you will find an Express Dropoff area. There is a machine that will print labels for your bags. Our "telephone number" is "1stglenayr" spelled out in numbers (178 453 6297).
